SOHO LOFTS LAS VEGAS

Modeled after New York’s artsy SoHo neighborhood, the SoHo Lofts of Las Vegas are large open loft homes. This building has a feel taken directly from the old-school essence of loft living featuring high ceilings with water pipes and ventilation ducts showing. This 16-story 226-foot tower has 120 units including eight penthouse suites, and seventy percent of the ground floor is retail shops and restaurants. There are seven different floor plans, ranging from 1,336 to 1,855 square feet, with the option of converting part of the loft into bedrooms or offices.
